The restaurant takes its name from its location in the imposing entrance halls of Vienna’s celebrated Burgtheater, where the historical setting combines with culinary excellence to create an elegant and inimitable atmosphere. Chef Christian Domschitz and his team give traditional cuisine a contemporary twist, using almost exclusively Austrian and organic produce. The restaurant also has an impressive list of wines, many of which are available in magnums.
