LIVE A UNIQUE ENOGASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCE IN TOSCANA
We spend half a day with the Martellis, a family that is passionate about maintaining the hand-crafted tradition of making pasta. This is followed by a Master Class conducted by Dario Cecchini, one of the most celebrated butchers in the world. There is then a visit to Savini Tartufi, where we learn all about truffles, and a sweet finale at Amedei, whose maître chocolatier reveals the secrets of the cocoa bean. The wines accompanying this gastronomic trip are from Castello di Albola in Chianti Classico and Rocca di Montemassi in the Maremma, which we also visit.
