LIVE A UNIQUE ENOGASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCE IN SICILY
We spend a day with Bonetta Dell’Oglio, Sicilian Slow Food Ambassador, and Giuseppe Grasso at his farm, where we learn all about ancient grains and happy cows. This is followed by a meeting with Andrea Graziano, a genius of Sicilian cuisine, who leads us through Catania’s fish market. The sweet finale takes place in the Baroque setting of Modica, where we visit the Antica Dolceria Bonajuto and where Luca Belluardo reveals the secrets of blending single-origin coffee beans. The wines accompanying this gastronomic trip are from Feudo Principi di Butera, which we also visit.
