We will spend half a day with Carlo Dall’Ava, who has devoted his life to producing Prosciutto and with Giuseppe Zoff, an artisan producer of cheeses from organic raw milk. This will be followed by the Primo, which is represented by the Pasta of our Signora Paola. The Secondo will consist of a fish course, offering a unique trip to the casoni, the communal huts of the local fishermen, where we will enjoy delicious fasolari. The sweet finale will be a masterclass on Cioccolato by Piero Zerbin of Pasticceria Mosaico in Aquileia and a small cup of coffee from illy, who will reveal the secrets of their exquisite 100% Arabica blend. The wines accompanying this gastronomic trip will be from Ca’ Bolani, a garden of vines of uncontaminated beauty
